In addition to holding his Real Estate license, Rod is a licensed General Contractor with over 15 years of residential construction experience. This experience fostered an appreciation for home design and allowed him to sharpen his creative problem solving skillset. His construction experience and genuine passion for helping people made for a natural transition into Real Estate.

When selling a home, Rod uses his project management skills to coordinate appropriate services to prepare for an attractive market presentation.
